Nia S. Pearson and the Baron Jay Foundation Launch a 6 Week Program at Grace Hopper STEM Academy

Tuesday, January 27th, 2026 a unique kind of magic was launched, when corporate expertise met community heart. That magic is taking center stage in Inglewood, California.

Nia S. Pearson, a serial entrepreneur and active board member of the Baron J Foundation, spearheaded a transformative 6-week program at Grace Hopper Stem Academy with Baron J Littleton Jr and Dr. C Francis.

As CEO and Founder of Marketing 4 Real Results and the visionary behind the wellness brand Love 4 Essentials, Nia is no stranger to building brands from the ground up. Now, she’s bringing that same “results-driven” mindset to the classroom.

Working alongside the Baron Jay Foundation, where Nia serves as a dedicated and active board member, this initiative is designed to bridge the gap between STEM education and real-world career readiness.

“Being great means something different for everyone, my goal is to replace fear with opportunity. By exposing the students to careers they may have never considered and encouraging them to dream big and with purpose.” – Nia S. Pearson

Impact in Inglewood: The 6-Week Journey

The program at Grace Hopper STEM Academy focuses on:

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Teaching students how to view challenges as opportunities.

  • Marketing Principles: Understanding how to package ideas, tell stories and communicate effectively, all skills that Nia holds at a very high regard.

  • Real Estate Fundamentals: Introducing the power of tangible assets. Students will learn how real estate ownership serves as a cornerstone for building generational wealth.

  • AI/STEM Integration: Showing how technology and marketing intersect in the modern workforce.

  • Personal Wellness: Drawing from the philosophy of Love 4 Essentials, emphasizing that a strong mind and body are essential for any “CEO” in the making.

Why It Matters

For the students in Inglewood, having a board member like Nia S. Pearson physically present in the school, makes a world of difference. It transforms “success” from an abstract concept into a tangible reality.

The Baron Jay Foundation has long been a pillar of support for underserved youth, and with Nia’s marketing power and wellness-focused leadership, this 6-week program is setting a new standard for how we prepare the next generation.

Follow the Journey

As the program progresses and black history month begins additional speakers will join the workshops.

A key part of this initiative is ensuring that Black history is accessible beyond the classroom. To support this, the Baron Jay Foundation has a curated set of Black History books available for sale.

These books are a vital resource for families and educators, offering a comprehensive look at the figures and movements that shaped our world.
